Time with TMX: 1 hour and 40 minutes
Total time: 10 hours
To soak the beans:
300gr of white beans
1 liter of cold water. (Reserve 1 glass of soaking water for baking)
1,400kg of water + glass of soaking water
1/2 onion cut in quarters
1 carrot in pieces
1 sliced leek
1-2 cloves of unpeeled garlic
5 black peppercorns
50gr of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 bay leaf or 1 sprig of fresh herbs to taste (rometo, thyme, mint, parsley, peppermint)
1.- Wash the beans with cold water and soak them for a minimum of 8 hours (all night).
2.- Put 250gr of soaking water in the glass. Wash and drain the beans well in the basket. Put this inside the glass and add the rest of vegetables and spices and cover with cold water without ever going over the limit of the TMX glass. Program 40 minutes, 100º, spoon speed.
3.- Finished the time add 300gr of cold water by the mouth and program 30 minutes, 100º, speed 2. Check that they are well cooked, if not, add another 300gr of cold water and salt and program others 30 minutes more at 100º and spoon speed.
