Loose strand syrup for biscuits

“Hello, today we are going to prepare a loose strand syrup for use in cakes. The purpose is that these are much more juicy, soft, and delicious. The syrup can be made in many ways, this is one more that you can also use in your cakes with Fondant ”

Ingredients (for a liter):
700 ml of water
500 gr of sugar
2 lemon peels
1 cinnamon stick
1 vanilla pod


1.- With the glass very clean, put the sugar, water, lemon rind, cinnamon and vanilla and 10 minute program, Varoma temperature and speed 2. It should be quite clear (loose strand). Remove and let cool.

Note: Hold a lot of time in the fridge. With this amount, I have already soaked 4 cakes and I still have about half left. But since it is done it is better that way, because you already have it done by the time you start making the cake. I put it in a plastic juice bottle that I had empty and I have it in the fridge. Whenever you need it you have it there.
