Banana ice cream
Ingredients for about 6 scoops of ice cream approx:
400gr or 8 very ripe bananas
Nuts or any dried fruit
Liquid candy or syrup to decorate the dish
1.- Peel the bananas and freeze them wrapped in transparent film during a 6 hours minimum.
2.- Put the glass the frozen bananas broken into three pieces (they break perfectly with the hand) and shreds 20 seconds in progressive speed 5-10.
3.- Program now 2 minutes at speed 5 and help yourself with the spatula to help crush well. Enter in the freezer until serving time. Serve in glasses, or on a plate decorated with chocolate syrup and put a nut on top.
Note: The only fruit used to make ice cream like this, is the banana, which acquires that creamy texture, but it is very important that it is ripe so that it is really rich, but the taste will not taste. You don't need to add sugars !! but if you want or like it sweeter, you can add it to your liking.
Special Diets *: Suitable for vegetarians, allergic to eggs, and lactose intolerant and allergic to milk proteins. In diabetics it can be suitable as long as the amounts of carbohydrates are respected throughout the day, since the banana is very rich in fructose.
